A-TEC is the premier aerospace development center located in the Martian colony of Fourth Tokyo. It is staffed by the brightest and most innovative minds at Kirishina Corporation. The team is led by the brilliant engineer, Kaito Sera, and they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their new chief, Nagisa Kiryuu. Nagisa is the younger brother of the corporation's CEO and has been appointed to lead A-TEC. However, his arrival comes with unwelcome news as he is tasked with shutting down the program.
