Description:
Nobita comes across an uncommon being in the form of a swirl of wind as he wanders through the aftermath of a recent typhoon. He names it Fuuko and discovers that it has ventured a long way to reach their location. Together with their friends and aided by Doraemon's Anywhere Door, they set out to accompany Fuuko to Wind and Storm Villages in the anticipation of revealing its roots. But they have to confront the hazards posed by the antagonistic dwellers of Storm Village, headed by their ex-chief who has taken hold of Nobuo and jeopardizes the safety of Fuuko.
