Description:
Lee Myeongyi has lived with pneumothorax all his life and is exhausted by the unwanted attention it brings. He despises the disruptive hyperventilating and persistent coughing fits that exempt him from physical education and military service. His classmates' curiosity makes him feel like a social outcast. However, Han Seonho, the class president, shows Myeongyi kindness and empathy, leading to Myeongyi developing a crush on him. Years later, Myeongyi attends his high school reunion with the sole purpose of seeing Han Seonho once again. However, his hopes of a mutual attraction are shattered when he spots a wedding ring on Seonho's finger, and his classmates' inquiries confirm the worst. Myeongyi withdraws to the smoking area where he unexpectedly meets Seonho, starting their forbidden love affair. Despite his delicate lungs, Myeongyi takes the risk, and their story begins.
