Description:
Due to his father's sudden job relocation, Koutarou Satomi is left with the task of finding a cheap place to live alone. Seizing an opportunity to rent Room 106 at Corona House for only five thousand yen a month, Koutarou eagerly accepts. However, Koutarou's tranquility is short-lived as he stumbles upon a mysterious cave during his part-time job. Things take a strange turn when a group of mythical figures, including a ghost, magical girl, alien princess, and descendant of the Earth People, claim ownership of his apartment. Despite their unique reasons for needing Koutarou's apartment, they refuse to back down without a fight. Thus, Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? follows the humorous battle for a small apartment featuring supernatural entities, high school romance, and an overly polite landlady.
