Description:
The latest object of ultimate thief Lupin the Third's attention is the lost gold belonging to the Romanov dynasty. He teams up with a mysterious blonde named Judy Scott, and together they discover the treasure's hiding place in Texas, inside the Bank of Liberty. Lupin's associates, Jigen and Fujiko, are enlisted to help secure the gold, but their plans hit a few snags. As it turns out, the New York Mafia claims ownership of the gold, and to make matters even more complicated, a telepathic descendant of the mad monk, Rasputin, by the name of Rasputon, also wants it for himself. With Rasputon using his powers to influence world leaders and a certain samurai, tensions run high as the battle for the Romanov's golden legacy ensues.
