Description:
It has been 35 years since Lynn Minmay established peace between the Zentradi and humans during the Macross incident. Nekki Basara, a guitarist and vocalist for Fire Bomber, resides in the less-developed sections of City 7, a flying colony in search of a new home. Basara firmly believes that music possesses an unrivaled power, often composing and performing songs. City 7 encounters a hostile extraterrestrial entity while in transit. The invading force is unique in that it does not assault them straightforwardly, instead, it steals something referred to as "spiritia" from its victims, rendering them catatonic. Basara ventures bravely to the front lines, engaging the invaders by sharing his music, consequently uplifting his allies and opponents alike.
