Description:
Ryuu Jusetsu, known as the Raven Consort, is a highly respected and intimidating figure residing in the black palace within the royal court. Her rumored mystical powers range from finding lost items to casting deadly curses, making her either seen as a wise immortal or ominous revenant. Despite the opinions of others, Jusetsu prefers a quiet and isolated life separate from the emperor. However, when Emperor Ka Koushun seeks her assistance in a puzzling case, Jusetsu is required to use her expertise outside of her palace for the first time. Though Jusetsu must fulfill her duty as the Raven Consort by remaining solitary, she finds herself growing close to Jiujiu, a curious young court girl who becomes her sole attendant. As they work together to fulfill the palace's requests, unknown threats loom, posing possible dangers from Jusetsu's past, jeopardizing her solitary life and forcing her to confront unpleasant memories she may prefer to forget.
