Description:

In the hopes of finding the high school student who inspired him, Yuuta Hoshitani enrolls in the prestigious Ayanagi Academy, renowned for producing exceptional musical talent. However, to gain acceptance into the Musical Department, students must first compete for a spot, and the Kao Council—a group of influential third-year students—holds the key to admission. The quickest way for Hoshitani to enter the department is to join a Star Team, which would allow him to be taught by a Kao Council member. Thanks to Itsuki Ootori, Hoshitani is taken under the wing of the council's quirkiest member and becomes a part of Team Ootori, which includes his roommate Tooru Nayuki, budding Kabuki actor Kakeru Tengenji, introverted Shuu Kuga, and Kaito Tsukigami, the younger brother of famous Ayanagi alumni Haruto. As Hoshitani struggles with his lack of musical prowess, his teammates strive to overcome their own deficiencies. They must face stiff competition from other gifted Star Teams, including the other members of the Kao Council, as they forge their own path to perform in the Ayanagi Festival.
