Description:
While taking a late night stroll in the snow during the winter of 1995, Mikiya Kokutou encounters a young woman wearing a striking white kimono and sporting an enigmatic gaze. The woman, Shiki Ryougi, smiles enigmatically at Mikiya, sparking his curiosity. Soon after, Mikiya again encounters Shiki at his high school entrance ceremony during the following spring and strikes up a conversation with her during lunchtime. As Shiki opens up to Mikiya, he learns about her unique upbringing. However, Mifune City is rocked by a series of violent and unprecedented murders. These brutal killings prompt a large-scale police investigation. In the interest of Shiki's safety, Mikiya decides to keep an eye on her actions. But as he delves deeper into the investigation, he stumbles upon a shocking discovery that will change his life forever.
